Responsibilities (工作职责): |
1. To manage the
contract process for purchase of non-production materials and services for
users covering the Asia Pacific / Japan (AP/J) region.
2. To escalate all issues relating to contracts for procurement of
non-production materials and services for Asia Pacific / Japan.
3. To serve as central non-production procurement contracts personnel to
develop and standardize contract processes and guidelines and procurement
documents (e.g. RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, MSAs, MPAs, Letter of Awards, etc) and their
respective terms.
4. To assist users and GP Purchasing Managers throughout the Asia Pacific /
Japan region in the implementation of non-production procurement contracts for
the respective business units.
5. To work closely with Legal and Trade Compliance to ensure contract terms
comply with the latest general and country specific legal and regulatory
requirements and guidelines.
6. To prepare reports and presentations to management throughout the Asia
Pacific region on the contracts status and interpretation of contracts terms.
7. To ensure that all non-production procurement across AP/J is carried out
with integrity, accountability and concluded as the best dollar deals for DELL.
8. To develop long term relationship with senior management of strategic
vendors for materials, services and technology to ensure DELL will benefit from
best in class pricing, service terms and technology from the vendors.
9. To provide input and assist in the updating GP procedures relating to
contracts for AP/J region. |
| Key
Requirements (职位要求): |
1. Tertiary
qualifications in Law.
2. Master of Business Administration or Master of Science with a focus Business
Strategy/Planning, Procurement, Contract or Legal Management preferred.
3. Previous experience as a legal practitioner in AP/J.
4. Minimum 5-7 years’ work experience in drafting contracts.
5. Good understanding of the company’s business goals and objectives.
6. Facilitate and practice security and confidentiality of information.
7. Detail-oriented, analytical, and accurate.
8. Good knowledge of PC software applications.
9. Good verbal and written communications skills, preferably fluent in Mandarin
and English
10. Strong ability to manage external relationships.
11. Good quality improvement skills.
12. Strong organizational skills and team management skills
13. Good creative problem solving and decision-making skills.
14. Exceptional project management skills to develop, track, and run multiple
simultaneous projects.
